Research projects

Researchers and industrial partners collaborate on producing new knowledge.
Research projects involving both industrial partners and university researchers constitute long-term collaborations focusing on innovation, development or problem solving in the participating
companies or within a shared subject area.
The course of the project is jointly planned by the participating companies and researchers, ensuring that everybody’s needs are met. This means that the research performed focuses on the actual needs industry is experiencing, while at the same time the companies’ experiences can contribute to the researchers’ knowledge and present them with new challenges.
