Student Activities at AAU CPH

As an international student at Aalborg University Copenhagen (AAU CPH) you have a great opportunity to participate in a wide variety of student activities and make your mark on the study environment. Approx 3.300 Danish and international students study at AAU CPH. You will therefore find lots of activity on campus.

Practise your extracurricular activities with other students

At Aalborg University Copenhagen you can influence the study environment and participate in both the academic and social student activities, e.g. the student bar, academic networks or creative groups. Only you and your fellow students' ideas and commitment are the limit for student activities at AAU CPH. Along with the group work, the extracurricular activities can give you a good academic and social network.

The Buddy Network

AAU CPH runs a popular Buddy Network programme for international students. A buddy is a current student supporting new international students when arriving.

Your buddy will assist you in getting settled during your first couple of weeks in Copenhagen, and during the first semester your buddy will participate in different events together with you. That might include communal eating nights, sightseeing, going to the cinema or theater, pub crawls or game nights.
