Identity and access management

The course "Identity and Access Management " is a security discipline that allows the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. The main objective of this course is to teach students how to develop secure applications involving access control, privacy protection, identity management, trust and fine-grained control of personal information, using state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks. This course is highly relevant for employees who develop IAM capabilities to meet compliance requirements for their enterprise. Topics include:

  • Identity Management Architectures
  • Anonymous or Attribute Based Credentials
  • OAuth 2.0 & OpenID Connect
  • Fido Alliance – Password less and Second factor Experience
  • User Managed Access
  • Trust Ecosystems 

Dates, venue and costs

Two intensive seminars will be held.

First seminar: February 15-17, 2018
Second seminar: March 15-17, 2018

Teaching takes place at Aalborg University Copenhagen, A.C. Meyers Vænge 15, 240 København SV.

Apart from the tuition fee there will be expenses for books, software, travel expenses and accommodation.
