Students with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in technology from Aalborg University have legal requirements to be admitted to the Master's program in Computer Science (IT).
You can also be admitted to the Master's program in Computer Science (IT) if you have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from Aalborg University, Aarhus University or the IT University of Copenhagen. A special agreement has been made between Aalborg University and UCN, so that Professional bachelors in software development, who have followed courses in syntax and semantics as well as discrete mathematics, may be admitted.
Applicants with other bachelor's degrees will be subject to individual evaluation.
As this master's degree is in English applicants without legal requirements must be able to document English language proficiency. See more in the box below or read more here.

Your bachelor's degree must as a minimum consist of 150 ECTS computer science content and include courses in the following subjects: Programming (10 ECTS), Software Engineering (5 ECTS), Algorithms and data structures (5 ECTS), Databases (5 ECTS) and Discrete mathematics (5 ECTS).
