SPECIALIsATION IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

With the the specialisation in Construction Management, you can be employed by consulting companies, architectural firms, consulting engineers, contracting companies, construction companies and materials suppliers. Here you can solve a variety of tasks such as

  • Project manager for major constructions
  • Consulting in the construction industry
  • Planning and management of construction companies


SPECIALIsATION IN BUILDING INFORMATICS

With a specialisation in Building Informatics, you can contribute to added value of ICT systems in the construction industry by bridging the gap between software developers, system suppliers and end users of IT systems. You will be highly qualified to take part in decisions regarding development, purchase and implementation of information systems for the construction industry from operational to strategic level.

Candidates with the specialisation in Building Informatics are employed in many different areas of the construction industry:

  • Consulting engineers and architects with BIM coordination and management
  • Contractors with VDC model coordination, quantity management and 4D models
  • Building owners and Operation & Maintenance organisations
  • Software developpers and suppliers with system development and support
