UNDERSTANDING CULTURE AND COMMUNICATION IN A GLOBALISATION PERSPECTIVE

The coursework on the 1st and 2nd semesters of the CCG prorgamme is composed by Core Courses, followed by all the students and Profile Courses which the students follow depending on how they choose to tailor their CCG studies.

Some of the examples of the courses offered at the CCG programme, fall semester include (please note that the titles and the content of the courses can vary from one year to another).

  • Philosophy of Science and Methodology
  • Applied methods

PROFILE COURSES:

CONSUMPTION AND MARKET COMMUNICATION

  • Understanding Consumption
  • Online Marketing.

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND LEADERSHIP

  • Organizational Leadership
  • Organisational Culture and Communication

INTERNATIONAL POLITICS, MIGRATION AND MOVEMENTS

  • Social Movements
  • Migration connections.

Finally, the students can either choose an elective course on current issues or one of the following specializations:

SPECIALIZATIONS

  • Arctic Studies
  • Global Gender Studies
  • Latin American Studies
  • Chinese Area Studies.

3rd SEMESTER: All students choose between either undertaking an internship or a mobility stay in Denmark or abroad.

4th SEMESTER: Thesis writing. During your last semester you will write your final thesis – potentially in collaboration with your former internship place.
