Admission to the Master's programme in Materials and Nanotechnology presupposes a bachelor degree in one of the following (or equivalent):
- Physics, Aalborg University
- Nanotechnology, Aalborg University
- Nanotechnology with specialisation in Physics, Aalborg University
- Nanotechnology with specialisation in Biotechnology, Aalborg University
- Nanoscience, Aarhus University
- Nanoscience, University of Copenhagen
- Physics and Nanotechnology, Technical University of Denmark
- Physics, University of Copenhagen
- Physics, Aarhus University
Students with another Bachelor degree may, upon application to the Board of Studies, be admitted after a specific academic assessment if the applicant is considered as having comparable educational prerequisites.

language qualifications
All applicants must, as a minimum, document English language qualifications comparable to an "English B level" in the Danish upper secondary school (gymnasium) (cf. the Admission Order).
