As a graduate from the Master’s programme in Operations and Innovation Management you can be employed in management positions, where you work with business systems, technical systems and how these two are connected and can be developed and strengthened. You can also work with development processes and ensure that they are implemented in a systematic and productive way.
You can be a specialist or an analyst and work with the development and optimisation of a company’s technical value chains and business processes. Other tasks may include technical sales, project management, process optimization, or global sustainability manager.
Another possibility is to work as a consultant, where your tasks may include optimisation of value chains and development of business processes and systems.
Problem based learning and working in groups during your study programme will give you many useful skills that make you an attractive candidate on the job market. You know how to approach a problem and solve it in collaboration with other people, which is often how things are done in the “real world”.
