Self-help through Minddistrict

Last modified: 22.06.2021 focuses on ehealth, which is the use of digital means and communication technologies aimed at promoting health. Minddristrict offers help whether you need prevention or aftercare through many different courses and modules, so you can adapt your self-help course to fit exactly your needs.

As a student, you can both choose a course with support from a counsellor from the Student Counselling Service, or try a course without support, where you can independently choose and follow modules - at your own pace and according to your own needs. In that case you will get a self-help account, which is completely your own.

Possible self-help courses can for example revolve around life balance/stress, self-confidence, sleep, difficult emotions, relaxation or mindfulness.

The setup of your account can be chosen in Danish or English, but the modules themselves are in English. If you have any questions, you can send an email to the Student Counselling Service.
