Exam preparations and nervousness

Exam time is approaching and you are probably already preparing. Maybe you have stepped up your reading, or going through your notes. Maybe you and your project team are working hard to get your project done on time.

It is important that you now stick to a good study rhythm, taking time for both exam preparations and breaks. However, it can sometimes be difficult to motivate yourself - especially if you are spending a lot of time at home, feeling stressed or nervous about your coming exams.
