Consent to use of personal information


You have the opportunity to give your consent that Aalborg University may process your personal data in a number of cases described in the "Consent Declaration" below, in accordance with Article 6 (2) of the Data Protection Regulation. 1, point a.

Your personal information is processed on an ongoing basis until you have to withdraw the consent. We do not process any more information about you or for any purpose other than that for which you have consented.

It is optional if you want to give your consent and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time. The consent cannot be revoked retroactively and will therefore only affect future processing of your personal data. You can still attend the event even if you do not give consent.


I agree that Aalborg University may process and store the following personal information: Name, CPR number, e-mail address, telephone number, address, place of employment and areas of interest in a register. Based on my personal information, Aalborg University must make inquiries via e-mail or telephone about events / events, network meetings and offers of cooperation at Aalborg University in the subjects: entrepreneurship, research and product development, knowledge and business collaboration, teaching and student collaboration.

You may change or withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on how you wish to change or withdraw your consent, this may result in AAU not being able to fulfil the agreements made between you and the University. If you request to change or withdraw your consent, we will inform you of the possible consequences of this. You cannot withdraw consent retrospectively.
