Game Hub Workshop: Using data to create hit games

Success in the game industry is impossible to guarantee, but as a developer you have to do what you can to minimize uncertainty and risk.
Therefore, we have invited Emil Stidsholt from Flashbulb Games to facilitate a workshop around market analysis for game developers.
The workshop will be focusing on how to use data from multiple sources to estimate popularity, earnings potential and risk depending on genre, tags and more. The analysis can be done extremely early in the game development process and can save you from spending a lot of time on a game with low potential and high uncertainty.
About Emil Stidsholt:
Emil is the Marketing Manager at Copenhagen-based game studio Flashbulb Games. He has worked with market analysis and marketing of games for the last 7 years at Flashbulb Games, Kiloo Games and Funday Factory.

We will make sure there is a sandwich and something to drink for the workshop.
