Title of the thesis: UnlockingInnovation throughCorporate Entrepreneurship: Exploringnew tools, methodsand approachesfor identifying and enhancingintrapreneurial competencies.

Summary of the thesis

Kristian’s thesis investigates how to identify and enhance intrapreneurial competencies in the context of corporate entrepreneurship. His study examines new approaches to spot intrapreneurial potential in individuals as well as new ideation processes and online training programs that can strengthen the competencies of corporate entrepreneurs. By employing a pragmatic approach, this thesis contributes with novel insights and proposals to scientific and practical problems in corporate entrepreneurship; something that benefits both scholars and practitioners in search of unlocking innovation capabilities and increasing the returns of innovation in organisations.

Participants will during the first break email their questions to Christian Nielsen: chn@business.aau.dk. If there are no questions, the assessment committee joins in another ”meeting” and evaluates. Participants stay in the “Defence meeting” and wait for the assessment committee to join the “Defence meeting” again.
