Seminar: Strategy work in Danish organisations – Strategy Barometer 2022

The “Strategy Barometer 2022” on strategy work in Danish organisation has now been published. Therefore, AAUBS hosts this seminar where we will present the report and discuss possible future collaborations.

Description

The Strategy Barometer 2022 report is based on a national survey exploring several strategic aspects such as: execution, business models, culture, innovation, productivity etc. The data includes a total of 2251 respondents divided between top management, middle management, and employees from both the private, public and third sector.

This report is primarily a dissemination report but the data behind it will be the foundation for future publications and research collaborations. The data might be of interest and applicable within different research areas.

Some of the results we find is a discrepancy between top management and the employee perceptions on whether:

employees are involved in the development of the organisation strategy
the strategy is known on all levels of the organisation
resources are adjusted in accordance to the strategy
