AAU Annual Celebration 2026 will be on April 17, 2026 at Aalborg Congress & Culture Center.

There are over 700 parking spaces available around the Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre. Access is via Vesterbro.

• Ticket machines are located by the parking areas and in the parking garage.
• Accessible parking is available near the main entrance to Scandic Aalborg City.

Below is the menu, which is included in the ticket price in addition to good music and 3 drink tickets:

Buffet

• Baked and grilled scallion salad with new green asparagus, fresh spinach, spring onions and tender herbs
• Tomato salad with oven-baked and lightly confit tomatoes topped with arugula, new radishes and honey vinaigrette
• Portioned grilled zucchini with stracciatella, chimichurri and puffed seeds
• Creamy Tortiglioni tossed with ramson pesto and seasonal green herbs topped with tender spring cabbage, lemon zest and freshly grated cheese
• Rilette on tempered North Sea fish, marinated cucumber, pickled chili, mango and fresh herbs
• Coarsely crushed organic potatoes tossed with salted butter, coarse mustard, shallots and chives
• Stuffed young rooster breast with truffle mince, aromatic herbs and herb oil
• Polpette al sugo, Italian meatballs in creamy tomato sauce topped with sun-dried tomatoes and basil
• Slow-cooked welfare veal with roasted mushrooms, baked onion husks and cress
• Sauce Sûpreme saturated with pickled pearl onions, pepper bacon and herbs
• Bearnaise emulsion with estragon
• Gluten-free bread & lactose-free butter - served in small glasses and bowls on the tables
• Freshly baked bread on organic flour

Dessert buffet

• Danish farm cheeses served with crispbread and homemade chutney on hidden berries and fruits
• Small French lemon pies, filled with lemon curd and topped with burnt meringue and orange zest
• Dark chocolate brownie with fluffy caramel cream, passion fruit coulis and burnt hazelnuts

Digital signs will be posted on the buffets, including which dishes contain gluten, lactose or are vegetarian/vegan – all signs in English.
