Friday, 21 April 2023, 18.30-01.00 – the bar in Fundamentet opens at 17.00.

Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre, Europa Plads 4, 9000 Aalborg – please use the main entrance where we will scan your ticket.

DKK 200 per person includes dinner, 2 drink tickets, 1 glass of wine poured with the food, and cloakroom. You’ll receive your drink tickets at the entrance. When you have used your drink tickets, you can buy your drinks in the bar at affordable prices.

Ticket sales start in week 10. Keep an eye on out for your email invitation in your inbox.

The invitation to the university party is sent out via a personal email invitation to staff and students, and immediately afterwards ticket sales kick off 9 March. There are a limited number of tickets available, and tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. You cannot attend the University Party without a ticket.

Registration is necessary

If you’re arriving by car, we recommend you park in the parking spaces available at Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre.

More than 700 parking spaces are available at Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre. The parking zone is accessible from Vesterbro, the street running in front of the congress centre.

·         Parking must be paid for at parking meters placed in both indoor and outdoor car parks.

·         Handicap parking spaces are available in the parking area at the main entrance of Scandic Aalborg City.

AAU students and staff from Esbjerg and Copenhagen can sign up for free transportation by bus to Aalborg and back again.

If you’ve signed up for bus transportation from Esbjerg or Copenhagen, you’ll receive an email including practical information.

Free of charge – the cloakrooms are located in Fundamentet below the ACCC foyer. In Fundamentet, the bar with music is open from 17:00 and until doors open at 18:25. In Fundamentet you’ll also be able to view the seating plan.

Aalborg University always follows the current recommendations/restrictions from the health authorities.
