What kind of industry is your company/organisation a part of?

Renewable Energy 

What type of tasks do you perform?

Design and verification of power electronics converters.

What are the main responsibilities in your job?

Requirements development and management. The main activities include requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and verification.

In addition, my job includes verbal and written communication with different stakeholders from the client side and the development team (developers, UX/UI Designers and QA engineers). 

What has your career path looked like until now?

I worked during my bachelor degree for almost 3 years. After graduating from AAU, I worked in two startup companies before joining my current company. 

How does your typical working day look like?

It includes meetings and discussions about different functionalities for the products of our clients.

What is the best thing about your job?

Interaction with different, challenging and interesting people.

What have you done with your degree and competencies from AAU?

I found the job I wanted :-)

What made you want to study in Denmark, and why did you choose AAU?

I believe that Denmark as a country is very open towards innovation and adopting of new technologies. So, it was interesting to me to get to know the culture and the people. I chose AAU because I quite liked MIKE program and what it offers. 

What made you choose your specific programme, and would you have chosen differently today?

I wanted to learn about innovation and knowledge management and I am quite happy for what I managed to get out of this education. I would not like to study any other programme. 

What are your best memories from your time at AAU?

Working on different projects with my colleagues and meeting people from all over the world. 

What were your plans for the future when you graduated?

To become of the best in my sphere. 

Are you presently working in Denmark?

No, I am not working in Denmark right now. 

Your best career advice for students and newly graduates?

Try to gain working experience as early as possible. 

What does it mean to you that AAU still has an interest in you after your graduation?

It means a lot and I am quite happy for it.
