After previous years' success with more than 1,145 AAU participants, the university is repeating the success at this year's DHL Relay Race in Aalborg and Copenhagen. In Esbjerg, AAU takes part in the West Coast Race on 11 June.

In Aalborg, AAU takes part in the relay race on Wednesday 30 August at Dyreskuepladsen where all staff members can socialize across the units. In Copenhagen, the relay race is on Monday 28 August.

You can take part on both walking and running teams. A team consists of five people who either walk all five kilometres together or run the five kilometres in turn.

If neither running nor walking appeal to you, we encourage you to come and cheer on the participants and hang out with your colleagues. AAU has booked a large tent again this year where the university offers participants salad bowls, water, soft drinks and draft beer before, during and after the race.

All staff members participating in the race this year will receive a blue Craft running t-shirt. 

How to register for the DHL Relay Race

Each unit/department appoints a contact person to handle team registration. This individual must send their contact information to AAU's DHL coordinators no later than 1 May at dhl-aau@aau.dk.
