Seven researchers from Aalborg University are now on the list of the absolute elite of the world's researchers. Every year, Clarivate Analytics publishes a list of the world's most influential researchers defined as the one percent of researchers most frequently cited in scientific publications worldwide.
The following AAU researchers are on the list:
Mads Albertsen, Professor, Department of Chemistry and Bioscience
Josep M. Guerrero, Professor, Department of Energy
Henrik Lund, Professor, Department of Planning
Per Halkjær Nielsen, Professor, Department of Chemistry and Bioscience
Christian Torp-Pedersen, Professor, Department of Clinical Medicine
Brian Vad Mathiesen, Professor, Department of Planning
Juan C. Vasquez, Professor with special responsibilities, Department of Energy
In addition, there are also two researchers on the list who are part of AAU's Distinguished Professors Programme. They are:
