Now it's time to answer Aalborg University's Well-being Barometer 2023. The link to the questionnaire was sent out to all AAU employees via email on 22 November, and up to and including 15 December, you have the opportunity to participate in the survey, which AAU conducts among all employees every two years.

Evaluation of both AAU's APV concept and the Well-being Barometer, has led to, that the Main Working Environment Committee (HAMiU) decided last autumn that the questionnaire for the Well-being Barometer should be revised. In this connection the questionnaire has been expanded from nine to twenty questions, and the questionnaire also contains eight possible sub-questions, which unfold depending on the answer regarding stress and abusive actions.

The results are a temperature measurement of a number of parameters in the social and organizational working environment, and they must serve as inspiration for the dialogue about the future, preventive and developing risk assessment and working environment at the individual departments and departments.

The results are therefore also discussed in the cooperation and working environment committees and are also discussed by the Executive Board, HAMiU and the Main Cooperation Committee (HSU).

Your answers are anonymous. Jysk Analyse performs the data processing and AAU has entered into a data processing agreement with Jysk Analyse. The results are calculated exclusively for groups of 10 or more people.

Your response is important for your work environment, so use the 5-10 minutes it takes to complete the questionnaire.
